CODA THEME TUNE AND HOLD MUSIC
Further to the completion of the Coda theme tune and its application on both our web-site and telephone hold music I thought I would drop you a line to thank you for your services and to let you know how this has been received.
As you are aware I was ?personally? delighted with the music and how it represented the businesses and the voice over added to the hold music was more perfect than I could have imagined. I now have the theme tune as my ring tone and without forcing anyone in the office a few have also bought into this and are using it too!
The theme tune is extremely catchy and has now started create the desired effect- namely praise and complaints by clients! Interestingly the hold music and voice over has surprised us to learn that clients were actually unaware of some of the services we offered in-house and by having the hold music we now have more enquiries regarding our Interior Design, Landscape Design and our Graphic Design services; astonishingly all these services are well covered on our web-site and it has become apparent now how few of our older clients visit it.
The complaints are mainly due to it being too catchy and staying in their heads all day but I take this as a compliment- the praise has been to how good it sounds and that it is obviously better than the ?tinny? Mozart we had previously.
All in all I believe this has added a new and improved dimension to the business and takes us to the next level as a fledgling company. To be honest I thought it was a ?cool? gimmick for us but I have now realised this is a serious tool to help our business.
I trust you are progressing well with Phorm Design (our sister company) and I am aware that Sam has desires to utilise your services on his future web-sites. Once again thank you for your prompt and efficient service and we will be in touch in the near future for more verses!
